With the exception of our last two amendments, our governing documents have been reformatted from the original recorded documents to incorporate all amendments before 2005. Additionally, our governing documents were thoroughly reviewed by our HOA law firm in 2024, resulting in our latest amendments in 2025.

Unit 3 is East of Lime Grove Road, and South of Orchard Gate Road. Unit 3 was developed approx. seven years after units 1&2. Rules are slightly different, by-laws are the same. Green Valley Highlands lots in Unit 4 (On the south side of Arroya Vista Rd. and up Boulder Mountain Rd.) are not part of our protective covenant.
