Property transfer fees related to property escrows opened on December 1, 2024 or later are now $550.

Landscaping language has been added into our architectural approval form, to align with Protective Covenant Section D-11 (Landscaping) for Units 1 and 2, and Section D-1 (Appearance) for Unit 3. All architectural review fees are now $30, including exterior painting, stucco, and trim color changes.
