Important dates, posted June 4, 2026:

August 5, annual assessment bill, officers ballot, and annual information package USPS mailing (emailed to electronic consent property owners)

August 6, board meeting, 6:15pm, 15964 Lime Grove Rd.

September 30, annual assessment due date (and officers ballot requested due date)

October 3, annual meeting of the members, financial report given, officer ballots counted, officers elected or re-elected, open forum for homeowners/property owners. Details will be in the USPS mailed annual information package (emailed to electronic consent users).

October 11: Deadline for Board D&O and GL insurance renewal (Board task)

October 31: deadline for Secretary of State SI100 filing (Agent task)
