All association homeowners are invited to attend the general session of each bimonthly regular board meeting and voice their questions, comments, and concerns during the first 15 minutes. Invitations to the GVHA Annual Meeting are currently sent to each association member by U.S. Mail mid year, in a mailing also containing our annual dues bill, annual privacy statement, and board officers election ballot. This meeting is typically held in the late summer/early fall after collection of annual dues and payment of most of our expenses, which allows for an accurate year-end financial forecast.
