Open board meetings

All association homeowners may attend board meetings, typically held every other month in a board member’s house on a weekday evening. Homeowner questions, comments, or concerns are allowed during the first 15 minutes of the meetings. Contact us at: info@greenvalleyhighlandshoa.com and request our secretary advise you of our next board meeting’s date, time, and place, and a meeting agenda.

All association homeowners are invited (notified by U.S.Mail) to our annual meeting; covering our annual officer’s election, our financial information, and the fielding of any homeowner questions. Our annual meeting is typically held in the late summer/early fall, after collection of annual dues and paying most of our expenses, allowing accurate year end financials forecast.
